I had a great experience with Mannys of Greenfield. Their store is beautiful and easy to browse through, their staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and they have a wide variety of options. As someone who prefers to shop local, I really enjoyed the general warm atmosphere of my shopping experience and will continue to use Mannys Greenfield for all my future appliance needs. (A special shout-out to Sam and Randy on their out of this world customer service) 🙌👏

The service team is very capable and includes people with many years of experience. That can be very helpful should something go wrong with a new appliance. We bought a gas dryer that had some factory issues but the service team was very responsive and solved a problem that turned out to be somewhat complex. Not sure you'd get the same level of service from a big box store.

I bought a freezerless refrigerator at Manny’s. A gentleman named Scott listened to what I was looking for, matched the Home Depot price, and arranged delivery and haul away. The refrigerator arrived with two young delivery guys who were very polite and professional. They need to remove doors (old Vermont farm house) and had to negotiate slanting floors. They balanced the new fridge and replaced the doors, hauled away the old bad boy and did this with the upmost respect for me, my home, and the fridge I bought. Highly recomm... read more
