Had no hot water on the coldest night of the year. I reached out to Manny’s at 830 at night. He responded within minutes. I sent a few pictures and he gave me a quote and sent his technicians the next morning. The technicians arrived promptly and diagnosed the wiring problem efficiently. They were professional and courteous and polite, and I felt it was a very fair price, especially on such short notice.
