Manny & Vic's nonfried onions – Having spent a day shopping for some needed things I got hungry and stopped at Manny and Vic's for a burger. I ordered a cheeseburger with fried onions. Waited quite a while but they finally brought it out. Had to ask for cutlery since they didn't bother to put any on the table. The burger was hot and cooked well but tasteless.
