We had topsoil and hydroseed put over 3/4 of our yard. When the job was completed Dustin said he would return to reseed any bare spots we had. We contacted him about the spots and he said he would return. He did not. We contacted him again requesting he come by to look at the lawn and he stated he drove by and it was fine . He clearly had an attitude about us contacting him and we have not heard from him at all. In addition, the lawn that came up is LOADED with weeds.
Needed a solution to keep a hill in our backyard from eroding and taking our neighbor's fence with it. The only fixes I thought were available were either a major regrading with 150+ cubic yards of dirt or a major retaining wall, either of which I expected to run north of $10,000. Dustin gave us a great alternative - minor rebuilding with sand and using riprap to keep the hill in place.
