Hired Manny to repair chimney stucco. He discovered massive water damage on interior after removing stucco. Rebuilt entire chimney before adding new stucco. Excellent workmanship, matched existing stucco color, & great job on cleanup. Definitely will use again for stucco, stone. Soffit, fascia, & gutter work.
Such a great guy, genuinely loves home exteriors and was super helpful. He’s also very happy to do small jobs that bigger contractors might ignore. He did great work on our stucco repair, and hung a really sturdy gutter up where we’ve been getting some ice damming (causing the stucco damage). I can’t comment on price comparison, since we couldn’t even get a bid from anyone else in our area, but Manny’s bid seemed reasonable to me.
We were very impressed with Manny’s work. He helped with our addition in a few ways - removal of old stucco, stucco repair and gutters. He was able to match our stucco perfectly. He was always on time and left things very clean at the end of each day. We appreciated his work ethic and will definitely use him again.
Nice family man, flexible, and knows his trade. Wasted weeks on two other area stucco repair contractors who kept me in half response limbo after big estimate charges who then bailed when they decided the job was "too small" for them. Manny exceeded the others at every point. Recommended to family.
Magpies ate 2 very large holes into our stucco. Other companies told us they'd need to repair it corner to corner and resurface the entire wall of the home. Manny was able to patch just the affected areas and had this done in just a couple of hours and it looks flawless. It was also very affordable. I highly recommend him!
