He greeted me when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. I took it in for an A/C check and he found other issues (all legitimate!) that I knew about but had not indicated to him. Super happy w Manny and Theodore! I had 2 other mechanics that mentioned I should get a new car after I had an oil leak (2018 Audi SQ5). Dealer didnt diagnose my issue correctly either.
