I always had an issue in getting someone to explained to me in regards to my premium on my bundle. I have been with State farm for a couple of years.they do need improvement on the 24 hours and agent returning calls a client should not be ruled or aggressive to get answers.I never called bc of this reason.I called on 05/30/23,my insurance increased on April and again May.
