Shop totaled my car. I went in on April 29th to get an AC repair on a 2014 FIAT 500L, total cost about 2.5k When I got the car back it had no check engine light. Progressively, everyday my cars issues got worse and worse. The AC began blowing debris into my cabin, then it just blew air into the hood. My knock sensors, front camera, air bag, HVAC door sensor all went out. My car could have easily misfired and killed me. Great service, great mechanics, excellent customer service!
Brought my Audi Q5 here on a Thursday with both the EPC and check engine lights on with car shaking symptoms. 8 days and $2200 later they were unable to resolve the issue. Car still shakes rapidly, and both EPC/check engine lights are still on. They came to the conclusion the problem is with an internal engine component that they cannot address apparently.
