I switched to Manny Esh a few months ago after multiple frustrating experiences with another local DME supplier. The difference between both providers has been night and day. Everyone at Manny Esh is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. And I love the availability of a patient portal so I can keep track of my supply orders, bills, and payments. If you're looking for a supply company, I cannot recommend Manny Esh enough! I am truly 100% satisfied!
Everyone is always so helpful and kind. My supplies are shipped fast. When I got my CPAP it was explained very thoroughly. All my questions were answered.
Extremely positive experience, would give more than 5 stars if I could. On Thanksgiving Day, my son has been coughing nonstop. We have a nebulizer that would help, but we were missing a piece for it. My wife desperately called around to see if any medical supply stores might be open. All were closed as expected, and my wife left voicemails. Manny got back to my wife with a phone call and said he could be in the store tonight (on Thanksgiving Day!) to help us out.
