You can tell just by walking in that the place is welcoming. I was greeted immediately and taken in for my appointment. Everyone was very kind and explained the whole process. If I have any issues, I know I can reach out to them. It was a pleasant experience for a not so pleasant reason. Let's be honest. No one wants a CPAP. Their process made it manageable and I am looking forward to a full night's sleep thanks to their help.
Staff was welcoming and the office was clean and organized. Manny was so helpful, kind, patient, efficient, and informative. They had the equipment I needed. Easy to find and get to, good parking. Highly recommend!
