Does not work for his clients. Every time I call his office, the office assistance is busy and can't assist. It took a formal complaint with the corporate office in order to official proof of insurance. Stay away. Don't waste your time or money. Insurance agents are ineffective and irrelevant these days. Ask Manny exactly what he can do for you that an insurance company without agents can't. He won't be able to answer and will probably turn very nasty on you.

We've had state farm since 2005 and had to leave around 08, we came back in 2014 and manny castro was our community state farm and we had no choice. Everything was fine until october 2016 where our bill shot up from $148 to $525. We expected it to go up a little since we added a car (+$175 supposedly) we called and they said it automatically added me (16 year old) because i live with my mom (i never drive). If you wish to have terrible service from office staff and from the Man himself, this is your guy. If you wish to have non-competitive monthly rates, this is your guy. If you wish that your non-competitive monthly rates would increase without notice, this is your guy. If you wish to be "in good hands"...this is NOT your guy.

I have had Manny as my State Farm issue since 1986 and never once has he led me down a wrong path. His advice has been solid and his office follow up is exceptional. When State Farm was "pulling out" of Florida, he gave me sound advise and kept me from dropping and running to another company because of all the unknown hype. I refer him every time I come across someone wanting to change carriers or is upset with their agent.
