He is very patient with his patients and answers any and all your questions so you can understand what he is talking about. Fantastic bed side manner. 1 you wish all Dr.s had. No problem recommending him to anyone.
Everything started out great I thought I found a great caring and compassionate doctor but slowly I noticed he has attitude if your insurance doesn’t cover procedures and his level of care takes a dive. I can tell you his staff is less then professional.
Have had a few issues with his staff , never him I think besides being a great DR he’s human. He speaks so you understand and listens never rushing to get to his next patient. If I could kidnap him I would. He saved my life and I have total trust in him continuing to care for me.
He is very caring and listens completely when you talk to him. He is kind and personable. Excellent bedside manner.
Based on my first visit, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, bedside manner, and efficiency of Dr. Katsetos and the entire staff. A very pleasant experience!
