1 star because i cant do zero. Been trying to get a iron infusion for weeks but week after week im met with nothing but time wasting. Clear incompetence.
I am currently in hospital for a couple of days. From ED to the doctors nurses catering and cleaning could not be better. The level of care is exemplary and I've been in quite a few hospitals. Thankyou to everyone concerned you operate an iconic hospital.
I was brought in by ambulance at 2.30am Sunday November 23rd with submandibular oedema. The nurses on duty were excellent . One was called Sue and I can't remember the other nurses name but I would like to thank them for the excellent care and reassurance I received. The Doctor on duty, whose name I don't recall was excellent also. He was so thorough and explained everything in great detail. I find if you have mental health issues, majority of nurses are discriminatory and do not practice patient centred care. I was with a worker in ED, her nurse had no idea how to use Sunrise. Despite coming in an ambulance. Also told by hosp nurses, no overnight Drs on so go elsewhere.
