Worst place ever to rent stuff never tell me what time I need to return chairs and table plus they charge me and don't even know how to run a card ,bad experience

I will never rent any equipment or do business with these people ever again. We rented a tool for $80. The tool was broken when we got it, someone came out to confirm that it was broken and then had to leave to bring a new one. Travis told my boyfriend that they are too busy to fix any additional problems we might have, and we were charged an additional fee for a tool that was already broken as well as for the time it took them to bring a replacement. They were very rude and unprofessional.
