I was hesitant to prepay for 5 hours but was assured I’d be reimbursed for any time not used. I have yet to receive a refund that I was indicated was sent went I followed up on 9/18. Movers were good but what was scheduled for 5 hours only took less than 2. I appreciated Benjamin’s flexibility to come in the AM but was not notified that he was adding additional movers to expedite things, thus changing the initial estimate. We hired Mann’s Movers to load a truck for our move. They did a fantastic job. Showed up on time and worked hard to get everything safely loaded. Nothing was broken or damaged during the loading. Very happy with our decision to use Mann’s and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good company.
