Didn't return my call, so I called someone else to fix A/C

Was Hesitant to post this because I had high hopes after reading reviews and the initial quick turnaround with getting someone out here. We called due to our dryer not heating and had a tech verify that a dryer vent needed to be installed. A tech came out and opened the ceiling and was able to determine that the vent just needed to be cleaned. He cleaned out the vent, but had to open the ceiling in the other room and stated that he would call and schedule to come back to put insulation into the hole he made in the ceiling. S... read more
