I was in the process of helping a client find their stylist. The client was looking for the Thrix Kal-os Conditioner. I called the company to speak with someone who could help me find the stylist or salon that retailed it and I was so pleasantly surprised. The owner answered the phone and was so happy to help. He even shared a little with me about their products. Later I had to call back and spoke with the other owner, his wife. Both were so helpful. Every SINGLE TIME I ORDER THEY SCREW AROUND AND DONT GET MY ORDER OUT. I PAY $25 FOR SHIPPING AND IT STILL TAKES THEM 5 DAYS TO GET IT TO ME. THEY PROMISE AN EMAIL RECEIPT AND A TRACKING NUMBER AND N E V E R do they do what they sa6 they are going to do!!! Worst customer service! Wish there was a way to online order and cut the people OUT!!! Incompetent!!!
