Horrible service
This company is so unprofessional I call numerous times no answer I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my security deposit to be refunded back to me I called so many times and I probably spoke to one person and was told to wait 30-45 mins for them to get back to me to fix the issue and to refund me however I never got a call and it’s been a month. I rented from them before with no problems but this time the experience was horrible. If they were better at communicating with their customers I would rent again
Great service and also good on gas. I was able to rent a vehicle from march 20th until today. Very professional and good business. It was a smooth rental process and I was able to get the car and drive right away. And response timing is on time and professional. If I wanted to extend to drive the vehicle to another week or day they were able to help.
