AMAZING ! Smoothest process I’ve ever been through getting a rental ! The communication was great and the car was in perfect condition. I booked it for a long distance drive & had no issues and car was amazing with gas . Will definitely book from them again. If I could give 10 stars I would ! The car was also extremely affordable.
This is my First time Renting from MANN I chose to rent the 2024 Nissan Sentra the week of Thanksgiving. Last minute. Gave me a great price for a last minute rental on the busiest traveling week of the year. And again a very affordable price. And they delivered the car to me at a reasonable price too. Owner is extremely rude. Goes on TikTok live and talks bad about his customers. Says there smelly and dirty.

Great rental cars and prices but horrible customer service from a rep Gary worst customer service I have ever encountered first the car I originally booked was rented out so a replacement car was giving for a day okay cool next day I go to get in my car it won’t start after paying for a week but transferring the car out the next day I drive 2 hours to get the rental spoke with a owner or different voice turned the vehicle back on , catch a flat 2 hours away on Sunday get one text telling me “the tire shop “ is in Paterson a ... read more
