I was incredibly surprised when he spoke at a pro-life rally shortly after he was elected to the legislature as a Democrat. I never voted for him again. At least he finally ‘fessed up to his true party affiliation.

Cannot recommend Mannix. I sought his assistance with a ballot initiative that I would like to introduce; he wasted my time by describing his successes with ballot initiatives only to (eventually) decline assistance. I also asked for input on a donation to the Salem Vicariate of the PDX Archdiocese with the aim of benefiting all Catholic churches in Salem.
