We ordered and purchased a photovoltaic system with a battery and blackout protection from Mannix and had it installed. After the first power outage, we discovered that the blackout protection wasn't working. We informed Mannix, and for months—to be exact, for four months—we've been repeatedly promised that an electrician would come and check it out. Nothing happens. Exceptional service from this company both when they installed the original units and when I recently had a warranty issue. Amanda went over and above to ensure my warranty claim was lodged quickly and the issue was fixed in 2 days. Highly recommend Mannix.
To try and keep it short, it was all quite a lot of small positive factors and interactions that made the whole process so *easy*. Frank was the sales rep and awesome to deal with, friendly, honest and gave a great quote that was heaps better than from a competitor - and he gave me his quote first.
