We ordered and purchased a photovoltaic system with a battery and blackout protection from Mannix and had it installed. After the first power outage, we discovered that the blackout protection wasn't working. We informed Mannix, and for months—to be exact, for four months—we've been repeatedly promised that an electrician would come and check it out. Nothing happens.
