just now I called them about repairing one of our vehicles and specifically told them the situation. The female who answered the phone assured me they could do it and had "done plenty before". Last week my husband and I walked in and a female (likely the same one I spoke to) looked at us like we each had two heads then went to the back to speak with someone else.
