I have called on a Saturday a number of times to see a GP promptly and I have been seen by the doctor. Very efficient.
I saw Dr Aisha for the 1st time. She correctly diagnosed my ear problem and her treatment gave immediate relief. I had previously been to several other Doctors for the same chronic problem to no avail. Dr Aisha was very professional and didn’t rush me. I was very impressed by her and highly recommend her.
I’ve been seeing Dr Aida for 6 years, she’s caring and competent and always helpful whenever I go to her with any issues
As always very happy with the service @ the medical centre from reception to the doctors. In particular Dr Param Khera who is always attentionata, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jimmy Lam. The consultation felt extremely rushed, and it seemed like the doctor just wanted to finish quickly without taking any real responsibility for my concerns. It seemed like I was talking to an intern not an experienced GP. Like a robot, just reading out the numbers without explaining what might actually be going on.
