I had a appointment on the 8th August they never answered their telephone, I called over 100 time in those 2 days. Went in on the 7th August to rearrange the appointment, they showed open on website and closed when I got there. There were two other poeple waiting to be seen with dentist closed. As I couldn't rearrange I went back on 8th and dentist was still closed?? No calls nothing. Not even a text to say you've missed appointment etc. What is going on??
The entire team is friendly and professional. The dentist isn't only skilled but he also takes the time to explain procedures and answer my questions.
The staff were extremely kind and professional and the dentist did my tooth extraction flawlessly and without any pain caused during and after the procedure

THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST IVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I went in for a cleaning and the way he was grabbing my mouth, putting his fingers INSIDE my mouth and pulling at it, hurt me so much. He kept cleaning my mouth so aggressively like as if he is a butcher instead of a dentist! When I asked him where I can spit out the blood and water, because the sink next to the seat was covered up and I wasn’t allowed to use!! He dragged my arm and led me to another sink.
