Dr Manning had treated me and many members of my family for 15 years. This is one of the best run medical offices I’ve ever been to! The staff are very efficient and always pleasant and I’ve only had to wait more than 5 minutes twice in 15 years. All that said, the doctor is obviously the “main event “ and Dr Manning does not disappoint! He is an excellent doctor with great credentials and much experience as well as being kind and professional . I highly recommend him!!

I am amazed at the 5 star review of this office. 1. The young lady who tested my eyes for sight saw me for maybe 5 minutes. After just a few flips on the machine she stopped testing. This shows in the quality of how and what I see. I cannot read print very well now. I cannot read many items on the TV. It was a very disappointed experience. 2. My appointment was accidentally cancelled. The staff and Dr. Manning fit me in. When I returned for a follow up, the supervisor took me into a room and apologized. She then explained they realized how the error happened and assured me a policy was put into place to avoid this happening again. Very good customer service and patient care.

I had a routine eye examination with Dr. Francis Manning, M.D. several days ago and had an outstanding experience. Because I am high risk for infection I was nervous about being in a waiting room before my appointment started. From the time I was pleasantly greeted at the door until the time I departed, the staff made sure I as well as other patients were socially distanced with constantly cleaned chairs and surface areas. I had a vision crisis over the weekend. Spoke with DrManning who was calm and reassuring. I was out of town and he said there was not to be done until Monday. So relaxed as best could and saw Dr. Rommel on Monday. Very professional very thorough and a firm diagnosis of a retinal tear. Headed to the specialist which took me right in at Dr Rommel’s request. Bad news OR’s full. Having my procedure tomorrow. There was a lot going on anxiety levels high but very appreciative of the swift flow through our very complex medical syst... read more

I love Dr Rommel! She is the best! They have their own optical department, also. So it's a one-stop shop. Everyone there is helpful & friendly. Great place to go for all your eye care!
