I am in the early stages of using this practice, and so far I feel horrible. They are nice at the initial appointment, then they start treating you as if you are just number. Don't care to earn your buisiness, leave out information that is clearly not on the aggreement/contracts, and make you feel more self conscious than you already are. As an adult getting braces is hard enough as most dental plans do not cover this. They have a great plan to offer payments in house, but that is about all.
