Very disappointing experience. I rang ahead and booked an appointment, clearly explaining that I needed three things: a mechanical report on the vehicle, a service, and the brakes repaired. When I arrived, the lady at the front office had me wait before coming over to ask what needed to be done, even though I had already explained everything over the phone when making the booking. I visited urgently because my vehicle was not registered and I required a safety check as soon as possible. Despite the short notice, Rowena and Nick were very helpful. They completed the safety check promptly and professionally, making the process stress-free. I greatly appreciate their kindness, patience and excellent customer service. Pathetic, Don't bother trying to ring as the office girl is always on the phone. So I drove there and waited for 45 minutes while she continued with a non business phone call. Went to try and talk to the mechanic but workshop chained off preventing entry. Finally got the mechanics attention who directed me to the office. After a further 15 mins left waiting she eventually got off the phone and told me that a blue slip would cost approximately $1000 and take 2 days. Manning Mechanical is absolutely the best mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They’ve gone above and beyond to help me out in situations where I would have been completely lost without them. The entire team is friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their prices are always fair, and they take the time to explain everything clearly so I actually understand what’s happening with my vehicle. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
