As a new patient I expected a wait time but not 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time after arriving 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork I had already submitted online. I finally had to walk out but not before waiting to get my drivers license and insurance card back. Had a horrible infection in my sinuses that needed surgery. Dr. Manning was amazing. Excellent bedside manner. Explained everything thoroughly. Minimal pain. I’m quite surprised. Actually I thought it was going to be much worse. His staff in the ER are top-notch. Highly recommended
