My 87 year old father was washing his truck at this car wash and paid for pre wash and power washing and when the machine shut off he began to go over his truck with a soft cloth to ensure all dirt had been removed before moving to the rinse. An employ tried to inform him that he was not allowed to touch his own vehicle this way while washing in their facility.
