ts so trash took so long to assist me
Arriving with a broken arm I was relived the wait time wasn’t too bad. However, the triage nurse seemed more interested in talking to her work friends, who came and went in rapid succession, rather than talking to me. She asked questions without waiting for the answer then barked the same questions on return to her desk, continued to shout comments in conversations with people outside the room and generally had me feeling like a number. Today I had the pleasure of visiting manning base hospital with my wife Susan Tolmie. We were helped by a lady in the clerical section then seated called to the triage section and then off to see the nurse practitioner all within thirty five minutes. Susan had tripped in the backyard and injured her left knee and right arm. Maddie dressed her wounds she was then taken to the waiting room in a wheelchair 15 minutes later off to X-ray back to the waiting rooms for 15 minutes then back to the nurse Maddie.
