My name is James Blackburn I am writing this on behalf of my beautiful wife Georgie Ann Cook. She passed away on the 21st of October 2026 at Manning Base Hospital. Georgie chose Voluntary Assisted Dying VAD. The time Georgie was in hospital, the care she received was outstanding, the nursing and other staff were the most caring and attentive group of people I have ever met.
