How can any kind of mechanic get ONLY five star reviews? I was skeptical, but needed to learn whether an electrical harness could be installed on our new Prius. We had a brake issue and weren’t exactly sure what was causing it. Ben quickly diagnosed the problem — warped rotors — and explained everything clearly. He not only fixed the issue but also completed an oil and filter change and checked all the other fluids.
