We had a brake issue and weren’t exactly sure what was causing it. Ben quickly diagnosed the problem — warped rotors — and explained everything clearly. He not only fixed the issue but also completed an oil and filter change and checked all the other fluids. Was in a pinch needing a car inspected ASAP and Ben fit me in that same morning, was in at 9:30 and out of there by 11. The inspection was thorough and service was great. Ben didn't mind me keeping him company while the car was being inspected.
