Excellent service, gave me good advice on my old unit and how to maintain it. My neighbors use Manning AC and are very satisfied. My old unit bit the dust and Mr. Manning gave us quick and excellent service and an excellent price, too.

Our AC warranty is held through Manning. On three different occasions, we have tried calling Manning to get them to service our unit. The first time, we never got a call back. (I left daily messages.) The second time it took a week and a half to get a call back. One year later, we are having issues again and have not had a call back in over a week. I called Manning Air Conditioning and had to leave a message about looking at a failing A/C unit. My call was never returned, I made the call about 3 weeks ago. Even if they were unable to come by and check it out, they could have at least called me back to tell me that. Not responding to calls is bad business.
