This doctor's office is horrible. The receptionist is rude and I’ve only met Dr. Yokana once. I’ve been in the office like 10 times and everytime I come in I meet with one of her nurses and never speak to her once. This place is useless other than the fact that they can speak Spanish. If I could give it zero stars I would.
HORRIBLE DOCTOR!! Dr. Yokana and her sister are the worst human beings. Dr. Yokana's sister is the receptionist, very rude! My mother had important testing done and she practically had to wait 2 days to find out her results after the results were already release on her portable. Whyyyyy! something important should be notified ASAP! Eventually my mom called to say something, and the Receptionist literally hung up on her not wanting to hear my mom's complaint. The practice here has fine physicians and staff. I know if I have any issues, I have a doctor and staff I can trust
I’ve been going to them for years, wait time is always long. Their manners are terrible, they hung up on me 4 times because they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy.
I am dealing with a life-threatening illness right now, and I had to go to immediate Care to get help because this doctor does not even answer the telephone!!!!!!! They put you on hold and never come back!! When a doctor in an immediate care clinic says find a new doctor you need a new doctor... Your doctor is unprofessional she does not follow through.....
