I went in to simply pick up a piece of paper reading my prescription and as the nice lady named Judy went to hand it to me. The horribly rude woman behind her immediately jumped out of her chair ripped the paper out of her hand while knocking over a few clipboards and said “you can’t do that it’s expired” then continued to stamp expired in two different spots on the page in a very very rude manner. They wonder why they don’t have many patients and why I am trying to change to another clinic….

I’ve been going to Mannford Vision for years, they are always so kind and exceed all expectations. They are always willing to fix whatever is wrong with my glasses, whether that’s getting them tightened again after months of wear, or replacing the nose pieces. They are great, and I could not recommend them enough.
