Great stocks. Horrible customer service. I’ve spent two weeks trying to get ahold of someone via email and phone about an order that was cancelled by manners without notifying me.

This review is less about quality of stocks more about customer service. I placed a stock order on a Friday it was cancelled because GA precision had bought it the following Monday. I received an email telling me to contact them to order a new one so I called twice and left a voicemail once. Never received a call back the following day I try again no answer. I’ve been around the block when it comes to rifle stocks. I shoot every day, and I’ve used just about every manufacturer out there. But the Manners Composite Stocks MCS-NS (Night Stalker) stands in a class of its own — not just for its design and precision, but for the people behind it. They make great stocks, and they have great customer service. Jim is very responsive and helpful with questions, and the owner, Tom, is very down to earth. It's clear to me he wants the best for his customers. I feel that traditional stocks are losing some footing to chassis systems... maybe due to modularity; however, stocks can be mailed back to Manners for updates and stock changes, and the fees are not bad at all.
