Worst customer service. Always say they will respond and never do. Good luck getting someone on the phone. I placed an order in November and was told it would take 3 months and here we are end of April going into may and still no call back, when I call no one has a REAL answer. Just the same un realistic excuse as 3 months ago since the last time I have called. I had a friend that received his a month after ordering. Great stocks. Horrible customer service. I’ve spent two weeks trying to get ahold of someone via email and phone about an order that was cancelled by manners without notifying me.

This review is less about quality of stocks more about customer service. I placed a stock order on a Friday it was cancelled because GA precision had bought it the following Monday. I received an email telling me to contact them to order a new one so I called twice and left a voicemail once. Never received a call back the following day I try again no answer.
