I worked in the maintenance department 4ys the only BLACK In the maintenance department, I got a new Maintenance Manager that was totally prejudice. I made several verbal complaints and nothing was done. I was asked to commit unsafe act several times stand on top of silos without a harness , I was ask to grind down metal steps with A electric grinder using A wire brush with no guard and no face shield when I refused, I was sent home and fired the next day. They don’t hire black people at all I applied five time and they rejected every one of them. Very discriminatory towards who they hire. Business shall crash after so much wrongdoing anyways remember my review when this place hits the news and more for discrimination
