My wife enjoys her visits to Mannacare on Wednesdays. Staff are exvellant and very friendly
The family has been receiving service (residential care, in home care and allied services) from Mannacare for the past 7 years. All the staff are professional, caring and perform their duties with the utmost dedication and respect. Responses to our queries both over the phone and via email are timely and informative. We cannot praise Mannacare enough, thank you.
I also wish to have an option for 0-star. Worst place for home care. This place is always understaffed, and very high turnover staffs. My dad used to use their home care service, each time got different carer. Carers were always late to attend. We booked for an hour of service and the carers would just stay for half an hour, then they had to rush to their next job. My dad had switched to other provider, he is now much happier.
i wish i have option for 0 stars. poor management system. Manager at cassia house rostering people are very unprofessional and they dont care. just priorities their old staff they dont care about new staff joining them. the environment is so bad and some people are very unprofessional. overall 0 stars.
We have nothing but praise and admiration for the way all staff at this facility have cared for our loved one and for us as family. Staff go above and beyond to ensure residents are well cared for. We can’t thank the team enough for the care they provide
