My husband was at Manna for 3 weeks for rehab. Robin was really nice and eased the process of getting him admitted. Kim was his case manger and was excellent in making sure we had everything during his stay and the equipment he needed when he left. The rooms were really nice, clean, and the staff very friendly. I was actually surprised at the food that was served. He received food that not only looked good, but was good. All the therapists were excellent including nurses and doctors. Takes hours to attend the patients needs.why do they not have phones in rooms?

As a healthcare professional Ive never seen in my opinion a facility with this level of incompetence. I’ve been in the medical field for 20 years and this facility is by far the worse regarding the incompetence of its staff and the lack of over site from management. The public needs to realize that when being discharged from the hospital to a facility for rehabilitation or continued care you have a right to refuse a facility that you are not comfortable with.
