Facility needs to be shut down. Horrible place.
I work at a facility where one of our patients was dropped off for an appointment from Manna Post acute. He had a number of health issues along with being a fall risk, dementia and diabetes. He was dropped off at our front desk with no one with him. The transport gave us a demographic sheet and left. While patient was in our facility, for a fall that he was being treated for, he just starred off into space, even drifted to sleep, who knows if it was his blood sugar.
