the office help is racist ,rude and short with patients will not return phone calls will cancel your appoinments without calling you i recommend you treat everyone the same have everyone pay the same amount do not over charge
At first I was very impressed with what I thought was a very professional practice. They offer complete help in diagnoising a patients problem, both medical and physical and seem to do a good job at it. The problem is, I found at critical points in progress they have been unavailable. I would expect a more personal/professional connection between practice and patient, but we experienced unreturned calls, no follow-ups, lack of expediency in prescription refills and simply an apathetic attitude.
