Outstanding! Brad saved our bacon on our trip to New Mexico: Thanks to him, we got one of the last rooms in Roswell when the Ruidoso fires started. We had limited access to the Internet and were unsure what to do and was grateful we were able to reach Brad during non-work hours for assistance. Very knowledgeable staff, experienced in travel themselves. Nothing is ever a problem to explain nor offer advice on travel or excursions while on your trip or vacation. You can get hold of any agents with questions after hours or the 24 hour call line. I would highly recommend their services.
Don’t waste your time with this company. I’m not going to mention any names but the agent my parents got did the bare minimum to get us by. My parents blessed our family with the trip of a lifetime by taking us to Alaska. This was for their anniversary/Father’s Day / birthday. If I wouldn’t have stepped in to do the booking of our place to stay after we got off our ship to transportation in around and to airport, we would have been lost. Called this place on the recommendation from next door. The woman I was referred to was condescending and stuck up. Apparently only rich people are allowed to book with her. Anyone wanting budget friendly help go elsewhere. In response to Marks response it was a 7 day trip. Italy in 3 is ridiculous for anyone.
