So helpful and knowledgeable
Connie Beach has done a superb job over the years of listening to our requests- sometimes we knew exactly what we wanted, other times needed much more guidance- and she always came up with great advice and itineraries. She also alerted us to extra “hot” deals going on with airfare or transportation passes in case we wanted to take advantage of those. She is always thorough and good with details- we have loved every trip she has helped us plan!
Due to negligence on the part of the agent this location created several issues on my Honeymoon, but this was about 11 years ago. My family has decided to try to work with a travel agent for some trips in 2023 and we decided to give them a second chance since it has been so long. I spoke with the Manager and to be honest I could tell not much has changed. If you can help I’ll change to 5 stars for the Lake Norman branch. Context: Carriane Nicholson of the Rea Road branch was rude and incredibly unhelpful to my wife and I during an emergency in Turks and Caikos. The moment her tone become hostile with “we wish you the best” (translation: you’re on your own) without once offering to coordinate a return fli... read more
