Would not recommend Would not use. Failed to book despite multiple requests, then claimed cruise line failed to notify them the rate quoted was a promotional rate and shifted blame for cost increase. Cruise line says the cabin level quoted sold out and agent failed to lock. We found cruise and asked them to book it b/c family had had previous positive experience with them.
