RecommendedShane came out over the weekend to assist with a shower drain issue. He was so friendly, professional and was so kind to my curious toddler. My family and I are not from Franklin County so it is hard to find reliable service providers but after our 5 star experience we will use Mann for any future plumbing and heating needs. I cannot say enough positive things!

Jeffery Keyser came out to my house 2 days in a row. He was very professional and very nice. He got my furnace working again just in time for this cold night. It was nice to have someone come in get it working again and took the time to send a message to make sure that it was still kicking on and off like it's suppose to. Do I recommend? Absolutely. Not often you can give 5 stars to everyone who helped you find a solution to your problem. The folks at Mann are exceptional individuals who have empathy for your situation. They listen well, repeat back to ensure understanding and try their darnedest to get help to you soon. Last year it was our air conditioner on super hot days, this year our furnace on super cold days. The Mann team always comes through. Drew, our technician was most courteous and informative. We had a pipe burst and had 3 inches of water in our basement. I called Mann plumbing and Jeff called me back in 5 minutes at 1:30 am and said I will be there tomorrow morning. He was at our house at 7:30. Best service we have ever had! And Jeff fixed the problem in under 10 minutes.
