Worst collision centre to select in PA. My claim was approved on March 7th, they said 2 months wait time, as my car was drivable, I was ok to wait. May 1st week, I called Leanne, she said, she was off for 2 weeks & we have 12 cars ahead of you, will be June 1st week, said ok with weird excuse. JUNE 1st week, I followed up: Leanne wasn't working there anymore, I was queued at no.20, lead time August!!!!! I immediately changed the collision centre. 0 customer service, 0 efforts. Very disappointed.
Someone backed into my truck completely caving in the passenger door. They fixed it perfectly. Great service. Great people.
They did my windshield removal and replacement in just a few hrs. They had the calibrations done quickly too and called me for pick up 2.5 hrs before the initial pick up time. Vehicle was clean. Nice work people.
The team did an excellent job in getting my car's rear windscreen installation. I am very pleased to recommend them for your body shop works. The team is very professional and were proactive in taking care of things. Kudos to the great work and professionalism.
