Complaint Regarding Mud Flap Warranty and Service Delays I visited ManNorthway Service Center several months ago to claim the warranty for the mud flaps that were installed when I purchased my truck. Definitely far from great. Sales man named Rhys was initially helpful. Come to find out he lied and withheld huge information on a vehicle I was coming from out of town to purchase. My BIL did a pop by surprise visit. Rhys followed him through the entire parking lot. I had comments from him when asking about a missing part that “he was already losing so much money”…..like bro your commission isn’t my business. Not to mention you were only offering me 500$ off. Purchased my Buick from Mann, salesperson lost my second key fob on my purchase day so I was only ever given one for my brand new car. September 17th I scheduled in to get a second fob programmed and also fix my back up camera that quit working. 5 hour drive to the dealership October 13th, found out my fob was never ordered and although they ordered me a new camera to install that day, they would not due to a recall (which was also issued back in September).
