Here is my review. Very unhappy and downright ticked about dealing with your service dept. Had an appt yesterday at 945 for oil change and a check up. They called at 4pm to say they couldnt get to it then and could they keep it overnight. We Needed the car so i picked up the keys...picked up the car and had it back to the shop at 830. The tech got snarly saying it was supposed to be there at 8am. So again dropped off at 830. Work was completed at 3pm. The work which was an oil change and check up was over 400!!
