Worst service, no proper communication, customer service is not there priority and waste of time! I have called the dealership multiple times and talk to Mark Peacock if my vehicle is done for service, he always interrupts me while I'm talking, after leaving a message to Chad.Ive been told by mark to wait for the ONLY SERVICE ADVISOR “Chad Holliday”to get back to me. Chad is a GEM to deal with. Every single time I bring my vehicle in he always takes such good care. I can drive my car with confidence knowing it’s been fixed, maintained and cleaned well. Laurie in the collision centre is the absolute best at communicating what’s going on if you have had a fender bender. Joanne is always ready with the shuttle and nice to chat with. I have been looking for a vehicle on and off for about a year. Went in today to look at one specific truck. Luie was great. He understood exactly what my priorities were and exceeded them all.
