Zero stars if we could. Our loan officer was a total flake, from start to finish. He went away on vaca and reassured us that things were handled, and then the day before closing he sent us a last-minute list of more docs he needed. He sent us docs online to review and sign, but it went to our junk folders, and came from a name of a different person, without any identifying info like "mann mortgage" in its address, text body or subject line, so we didnt realize it was from him until too late, so our closing date had to be pus... read more

RecommendedCorey was great from our first meeting when he came in on a SUNDAY! to accommodate our complicated schedule. He and Kenya were knowledgeable and patient through our barrage of questions and were prompt and courteous with their replies. I don't know if we ever really knew what we were doing but we'd trust them to get us through it again!

Chad Cole is the absolute best person you could ever work with for a mortgage! This guy goes so far above and beyond! Chad stays in contact with you constantly throughout the whole process. This reminds me of old fashioned banking, where your not just a number, but treated like a friend. I highly recommend Chad Cole at Mann Mortgage and his assistant Jamie.
