Generally I'm ok with paying a little extra for mom and pop. However, a quote I had been given for standard services by Mann and the Machine gave me pause. I had been warned the prices here are high, and after quote comparing with shops in other towns, it was clear the prices are not just high, but unconscionably unreasonable. I hope the business model of this shop is not dependent on taking advantage of their local community. Disappointed to find the rumors true. One star because the employees are very nice.
So thankful to have such a great mechanic in town! Their prices are fair for the quality of their work and excellent customer service.
I took my car to Handy’s and they estimated a $1700 bill. I got a second estimate at Mann and Machine and it ended up being under a thousand. They were so supportive, honest, prompt and everything I could ask for in a local mechanic. So grateful to have them in my Richmond community.
This garage is great!! I got a flat tire, and they were so kind and easy to work with. Even though they were booked up with work, they still fit me in last minute, and absolutely went above and beyond on everything. So grateful to have Mann and Machine in the area!
From the moment my husband Bill spoke with Brenda on a Thursday afternoon at 3 pm in the middle of a snow storm, we knew that Mann & Machine would assist and get to the bottom of our urgent problem! Our engine temperature gauge was drifting upward towards "H" for overheating and with an outside temp of 11°, our cabin heat was blowing cold!
