My first visit went great; however my second visit the following week was absolutely awful. Truthfully I think They forgot I was in the patient room. I was alone in there for about 30 minutes, then when I got up to ask “where’s my doctor”, they told me I’d have to wait another 15 minutes! DONT waste your time at this location, I went to the one in the woodlands, and it’s 100% better.
I ended up at another location. I called prior to my appointment time of 10:30 am, spoke with someone on the phone, and was assured that if I arrived by 10:45 am I would be fine. I arrived at 10:45 am to be greeted by a lady at the front desk who was not welcoming at all. Problem: I started to check in and was advised that the counselor was not there today so they would only be doing the exam.
