I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. The valuation of my flat was £40,000 higher than it should have been, and the marketing was subpar. The agent showed a potential buyer around the property with the wrong keys, which was unprofessional. I also had difficulty getting updates, as the staff were often on annual leave and unavailable. Furthermore, the agent continued to show the flat to individuals who were not within the recommended price range, wasting both my time and theirs.

I purchased a property through Mann Estate Agents in Rochester. While the transaction eventually completed, my experience as a buyer left much to be desired. Throughout the process, I often found myself chasing for updates — even right up to the day of exchange. I understand that being an estate agent isn’t an easy job, but there were some basic expectations that simply weren’t met.
