I had a horrible experience at the Clayton office today, specifically with Valarie. Her professionalism and bedside manner leave a lot to be desired. She at one referred to me as 'You' instead of using my name, which felt incredibly disrespectful. If your field is customer contact, patients should be treated with basic respect. When I set up a vertigo treatment appointment with Dr Mann, ENT, the desk set me up to see Dr Mann but upon arrival I was informed I should have been told it was a PA treating me. No apologies. The front desk employee was laughing behind the sliding doors with another employee then slid the door open & proceeded to be rude to me. First time patient, by the way. She gave me paperwork.
