When I set up a vertigo treatment appointment with Dr Mann, ENT, the desk set me up to see Dr Mann but upon arrival I was informed I should have been told it was a PA treating me. No apologies. The front desk employee was laughing behind the sliding doors with another employee then slid the door open & proceeded to be rude to me. First time patient, by the way. She gave me paperwork. Dr. Spector was so personable, kind and very patient! He went in great detail about my issues and explained what and how they could be resolved, as well as discussing potential issues if not corrected. I am very pleased with the quality of care I have received from all of staff!
Dr. Spector was fantastic. Super personable and easy to talk to. He helped put me at ease during my FNA procedure. He answered the questions I had in detail and really seems to care about people. He was a breath of fresh air in a world with overworked providers.
Following my relocation from Florida, I sought to establish care with a local allergist and scheduled an appointment with Mann ENT’s Clayton office for August 13. My goal was to continue receiving allergy injections as I had for nearly thirty years in Iowa, Pennsylvania, Cary, and Florida. While the initial visit proceeded as planned, I was met with an unprofessional demeanor from the front desk staff.
